Before joining a meeting please make note of the meeting password. The links to join a meeting sometimes do not include the password and it must be entered manually.

- Once a meeting has started a host can invite additional participants by navigating to "管理的参与者" and "Invite"

This password is required when a user creates a meeting using their PMI instead of a randomly generated one.
This password can be changed to allow the hosts to have an easier to remember password to share to participants to join their meeting.

This Key can be typed into a meeting to claim host as long as the host was the original user that created the meeting.

Restrict meeting to only users with 变焦 accounts

Hosts and participants can connect 变焦 directly to their email account for integration of Calendars and Contacts.

When 变焦 is attached to Calendly participants are able to select 变焦 as an option when scheduling an appointment (as long as 变焦 was setup as an option in the Event as a location)
If an advisor/host does not have a 变焦 account they must first create a 变焦 account following the "Sign Up for 变焦" above.

安全 & 保护会议不受干扰

Difference between 变焦 Enabled and 变焦 Room
A 变焦 Enabled room is a standard meeting room or classroom with a microphone and webcam with the 变焦 client allowing anyone to join or start a meeting manually.
